Below is our Rental Agreement.
The first page looks a lot like a simple invoice that will list your products. Please note the rental terms that will require your initials. Be sure to read them all. The rental agreement will have all the useful information that you will need throughout the process. The second page is your payment form and must be completed and submitted with page 1. Payment in full is required for completing a reservation. The payment form will remain on file until your products are returned back to the warehouse and inspected, after which it will be shredded and recycled.
